Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I am facing an issue while registering for an Azure certification exam. When I enter my previous Candidate ID <Mod remove PII>, the system shows an error stating that “Candidate ID must be numeric.”

Could you please help me retrieve or update my MCP ID so I can proceed with the registration? Below are my details for reference:

Full Name: Ram Gopal Awasthi

Email ID used in certification profile : <Mod remove PII> @hotmail.com

Previous Candidate ID: <Mod remove PII>

Issue: Candidate ID not accepted due to non-numeric format

Please advise on how I can obtain or update my MCP ID to complete my Azure exam registration.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Ram Gopal Awasthi

MCIDs are no longer used. You do not need to enter any ids when booking an exam, just sign into Learn.

Start from the exam page on Microsoft Learn and select Schedule exam
