Church Newsletter in PDF attachment. 48 recipients spread across 5 emails. Microsoft blocked me using my email. All email got returned to me, with as technical a message as Microsoft could make it. (I have had the message confirmed thats what has happened) WHY? The PDF was compressed as well. I even got AI involved, that said nothing wrong with your email client, its an action by Microsoft. I need my email and haven't even sent a large amount, I sent 5. I could understand if I sent 50 or 100 a day.

I would appreciate to know how to contact Microsoft and get me reinstated.

Hi Barry, Thanks for posting here in Microsoft community, it sounds like Microsoft flagged your emails as bulk or suspicious due to the number of recipients and attachments, even though it was just 5 emails.

This can happen if their filters detect patterns like spam.

You can try removing yourself from the blocked senders list using Microsoft’s guidance on error 5.7.511 or contact Microsoft support directly via the Outlook help portal. here's the link, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

I suggest you use fewer recipients per email (e.g., under 20) and avoid identical content across multiple emails also, use Microsoft’s unblock request form or Defender portal to appeal.

I hope this helps you out, let me know.

    Chard
