We have an unpaid Azure invoice. I don’t understand why the payment failed, since both the previous and subsequent invoices were successfully charged.
When we try to pay this invoice manually, we receive the following message:
“Please contact Azure Support.”
We canceled the previous subscription but now want to create a new one, and we can’t proceed because of this unpaid invoice.
A support ticket cannot be created because there is no suitable option in the list.
Could you please help us resolve this issue? How can we get in touch with Microsoft Support for assistance?
