    Hi Sue,

Thank you for posting, I am here to help you today.

Possible cause of this problem is due to unstable internet connection, the calendar sync being disabled, or issues with the Outlook account itself.

To fix this try this steps:

Restart your iPhone and check the Airplane mode, calendar sync, and cellular settings.

Make sure you have the latest updates installed for both Outlook on your Windows PC and iOS on your iPhone. Outdated software versions can sometimes cause syncing issues.

Confirm that you are using the same Microsoft account on both your PC and iPhone.

To check: Open Outlook on your PC, go to File > Account Settings and check the email address associated with your calendar. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and ensure that your Microsoft account is listed and enabled for syncing.

Disable and re-enable calendar syncing on iPhone. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, select your Microsoft account, and toggle off the switch next to "Calendars." Wait for a few seconds, then toggle it back on.
