How do I report being hacked if when I try to contact Xbox support I'm being forwarded to hackers acting like Xbox support?

Ok I didn't know where else to try and get help from microsoft? Around 2 to 3 months ago I got hacked and tried to contact Xbox support . well now they call you back. And I think that hackers are intercepting messages to Xbox support and calling people back as xbox. They stole my account but said I was banned for no reason . said that since I used 2 factor authentication my account was lost. I just found out I've been charged with out knowing for this whole time for that account .Now I DONT know what to do if I call Xbox support how I know who Im giving my info to works there. I want a refund all the payments ihave paid rinse then and didn't know .so anyone who works for Microsoft that can help me . please do. I have receipts for everything I'm saying .I just don't have access to that old account I had to replace with this one. I hope I hear from someone that don't try telling me I have to use Xbox support. Because I can't get through to anyone that actually works there . I want this documented as proof of identity theft and the harassment . thank you ...

    Once you complete the form, you should get an email from the Microsoft account safety team who will support you through the process of investigating what has happened and try and recover your account.
