Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding your issue, dial-in phone numbers are automatically included if the meeting organizer has an Audio-Conferencing license assigned. This license enables participants to join via phone. There is no direct option to remove or hide the dial-in number from a meeting invite if Audio Conferencing is enabled for the organizer.
Try contacting your IT Administrator to see if they can:
- Remove or do not assign the Microsoft Audio Conferencing license to your account.
For more details, please refer to: Manage the Audio-Conferencing settings for your organization in Microsoft Teams.
- Apply Teams meeting policies to restrict anonymous access (disable anonymous join).
For more details, please refer to: Manage anonymous participant access to Teams meetings, webinars, and town halls (IT admins).
If your organization’s Audio-Conferencing license is active and you can't change meeting policies at the admin level, you can still control dial-in access effectively right from each meeting invite using the "Meeting options."
- Open the meeting invite and click Meeting Options.
-
- Set Who can bypass the lobby to however you like.
-
-
Note: This ensures anyone dialing in from outside your organization goes to the lobby.
Dial-in callers will not join immediately, and you will have to admit them manually and this lets you verify identities before allowing access.
For more details, please refer to: Using the lobby in Microsoft Teams meetings.
Hopefully it will help work with your issue and if you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
