Getting the following when trying to view invocations of a function app "The provided credentials have insufficient access to perform the requested operation"

I am the account admin/owner. This was working as a day or two ago... now when I try to view the invocations for any of my function apps it raises the error "The provided credentials have insufficient access to perform the requested operation"

I am the 'Global Administrator' role and am listed as a 'Service Administrator' under Classic administrators within IAM for the function. This worked a day or two ago with no issues
