I can not get in contact with microsoft

I have tried all possible methods to find someone for several years to help me with my account to which I have no longer access but from which I keep getting yearly charges. Is there not general contact that I can get in touch with?

    If you have charges/subscriptions connected to the account then you can also cancel them via the bank/card used to pay them.
