Has anyone else having an issue when looking at an attachment on the web version of outlook that the print button is just gone? It doesnt matter if its a png or even an pdf, the only options some of our users have is Download and Save to Onedrive.

But if i have them log into the Outlook app and use that the print button is there.

Has this happened to anyone else if so has anyone figured out a fix?

    Hello @Matthew Hedrick,

Good day! Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before I can provide the most accurate solution, please confirm the following details:

    • Are the affected accounts personal (e.g., @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @gmail.com) or work/school accounts (e.g., @yourcompany.com, @yourschool.edu)?
    • After signing out and back in, does the issue persist?
    • Are all attachments affected, or only specific file types?
    • For the affected emails, when you click the three dots (More actions) menu, do you see the Print option there?

    • Alternatively, can you find the Print button on the Home tab after you select the affected emails?
