How do i uninstall that Trusted Installer???

    You don't (can't).

It's part of the OS and is intended to prevent users from corrupting their OS by manually deleting files/folders that are required for Windows to function.

uninstalling what i want to uninstall.

What are you trying to uninstall? Explain what you are doing. Did you manually install some program and now it won't uninstall using the normal Settings/Apps/Installed Apps method? Does it display an error? Do you see an error in the Application or System event log related to the uninstall failure?

    Look for MsiInstaller events.

I have a USB Backup SSD and windows keeps bugging the drive with 2 folders.
    Program Files
    WindowsApps
They are empty and it annoys me that i cant get them off, i dont want them if i dont need them.....
Even if i format the drive, it just throw them right back...

And also on others Drives, ive tried to change owner name from trusted installer to my name(under security, but it fails everytime no matter how i do it.
Some files do the same and the problem is the same... trustedinstaller will not let med delete or uninstall some things...
