Thank you for letting me know.

Since it’s a new laptop and you’re connecting the mouse directly via Bluetooth, let’s try a few quick checks:

    • Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    • Put your mouse in pairing mode (usually by holding down the power or connect button until the light blinks).
    • Select Add device > Bluetooth, then wait for the mouse to appear and try connecting.

If issue persists please try "Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows" https://support.microsoft.com/windows/fix-bluetooth-problems-in-windows-723e092f-03fa-858b-5c80-131ec3fba75c

Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

How is your Bluetooth mouse connected, is it through a USB dongle or directly via Bluetooth?

Also, was it working before, and if so, did anything change recently (like a Windows update or new device connected)?
