How to fix a problem with the smart cards for authorisation with digital sign?

I have an issue with the smart cards on MS Windows 11. When i open the services and click properties, the service status is stopped, not running. I download the last Windows Update Standalone Installer , but it has an issue again. Description is that need to install something else before this update. I guess all of these issues come from operation system and probably about security. That's the reason why it must't read the smart card. Would you like to find a solution of this?
