[Azure PostgreSQL] TimescaleDB update timeline

I'm planning to migrate my DB to Azure but I'm facing an issue.

Currently Azure's PSQL v17 only supports TimescaleDB v2.17.2. However, I'm relying new features introduced by TimescaleDB v2.21.x. This makes it impossible for me to move my data to Azure.

Question: What's the ETA of new TimescaleDB versions?

Ideally, it would be possible to allow the user to update the lib.

    Greetings!!

    As of now, Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server supports TimescaleDB version 2.17.2 for PostgreSQL v17. Unfortunately, this means newer TimescaleDB versions like v2.21.x are not yet available on Azure.

    No official ETA has been published for when TimescaleDB v2.21+ will be supported on Azure PostgreSQL Flexible Server.

    The Azure release notes show that TimescaleDB updates are infrequent and lag behind the upstream TimescaleDB releases.
