Freezes when generating new key pairs for Ubuntu sever | "Download + create" button does not work.

Seriously beginning to lose my temper here, why can't something just be easy? Why does everything with Azure have to be next to impossible?
Taking over an Ubuntu server and the previous idiot lost the private key. Now, upon clicking the reset button for a new key pair, when you click the "Download + create" button to download the new key pairs, it just freezes - not my computer but literally nothing happens - not download notification, nothing. The button greys out and nothing happens.
Clearly a bug that MS have not yet resolved.
I will not spend my time nor my money on troubleshooting another companies product just because Microsoft's developers can't do their jobs properly.
If there's one thing MS are good at, its taking something that should be simple, and making is complicated. I have been seeing the attached screen for 15 minutes now...
Utter, utter stupidity at it's finest.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I tested this in my Azure portal, and it’s working as expected. I was able to download the new key pairs successfully.
Could you please share your VM specifications in a private message? This will help me investigate further.
