Get this messages when I have changed my PW

Hi,

I wanted to change my password on my outlook/hotmail and it accepted everything and now I have tried 3-4 times and everytime it´s accept my new password, but when I try to login I get this messages.

"Du har prøvet at logge på for mange gange med en forkert konto eller adgangskode."

What to do and seems I can not get in contact with support and everytime it what we to login to register anything, but I´m not able to login.?

    Based on the error message and since your password resets didn't work, your account may have been temporarily blocked as a security measure due to multiple failed sign-in attempts.

    Please try to perform these steps to resolve an account block:

    1. Kindly try using different devices and network services to reset your password and access your account.
    2. Wait 24 hours, but please make sure not to reset the password within that timeframe, as this may reset the cooldown.

    If the issue persists after 24 hours, try waiting exactly 48 hours before resetting the password again.
