It's been a week, every evening between 9-11pm PST, i receive requests to authenticate a fraudulent attempt to access my MS 365 account. What should i do? I followed the instructions posted by Copilot.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. I understand what you feel.

Are you using Microsoft Authenticator for verification or receiving these requests another way? If you keep getting sign-in prompts even after changing your password, go to your Microsoft account’s Recent Activity page to check and mark any unfamiliar attempts.

Then, update your security information and reset your password again from a trusted device. Make sure you remove any old recovery options.

You’re welcome, Nellie. It’s good that you’re already checking your activity and using Microsoft Authenticator. If the sign-in requests continue after you remove old recovery options, I suggest temporarily disabling and re-registering the Authenticator app to refresh your authentication setup. You can do this by signing in to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-infodeleting the existing Authenticator method and adding it again.

It blocks any outdated authorization links. If the problem still happens afterward, contact Microsoft Account Support so they can investigate possible repeated attack attempts on your account.
