- No, as of now, Copilot Studio bots require users to authenticate with a Microsoft account (work or school). Anonymous/external users cannot interact with Copilot Studio bots embedded on a public website without logging in.
- Copilot Studio pricing is based on the number of Copilot sessions and capacity units, billed to your Microsoft 365 tenant. There is currently no public pricing for anonymous/external usage since it’s not supported. For custom bots (e.g., Azure Bot Service), pricing is based on messages, channels, and resources used.

We have a public web site, where it contain some documentation in HTML pages and PDF files. now we want to develop a chat bot using copilot studio and embed this inside our public web site. but i have those questions:-
- Can external/anonymous users who visit our public web site, use the copilot chat-bot without having to login using Microsoft business account?
2. What about the usage price? how it will be calculated?
