Hi Vencent Mariano, happy to help. First, the camera error usually means Windows can’t detect the device. Go to Device Manager, expand Cameras or Imaging Devices, and check if your camera is listed. If it is, right-click and enable it or update the driver. If it’s missing, click View > Show hidden devices. Also, check Settings > Privacy & security > Camera to make sure access is enabled, and run the Camera troubleshooter under Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Second, for the keyboard issue, try gently pressing the “3” and “X” keys to make sure they’re not stuck. Then go to Settings > Time & language > Language & region, and confirm your keyboard layout is set to US QWERTY. Also check Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard to turn off Sticky Keys and other features. If the issue continues, uninstall the keyboard driver in Device Manager and restart your PC.
Let us know how it goes. If this helps, feel free to mark the answer as accepted so others can find it too.
Best,
Carl
