Hello Tanner Wong, welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. Please kindly confirm the transaction detail first by signing in to all of your Microsoft accounts on account.microsoft.com > Order History > select the date range when you received the charge. Also have a look at Services & Subscription to see if there’s anything that matches the charges.
If it doesn't show up, the charge may have been from a family member or a friend who might have your payment card added/linked to their accounts. Please check their accounts' Order History. Also Microsoft lists some other scenarios you might want to check out: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft
If you find the charges on YOUR account but you don't recognize making those purchase, for your privacy and security, billing matter cannot be discussed in the forum nor does anyone helping in the forum have access to such data. You will need to contact Microsoft support to get it handled. On your computer, launch the Get Help app from the start menu, then type in "Billing" as the keyword. On the next page, you can click on "Contact support" button. Then fill out a few more details and you will be directed to the page where you will have the option to chat with a live support agent.
Thank you for your understanding. Warm regards,
