Were you able to try checking if Outlook for Android has the latest update installed from the Play Store? Sometimes an outdated app version can cause repeated password prompts or syncing errors. Try first clearing the Outlook app’s cache and storage by going to Settings, then Apps, Outlook, Storage, and selecting Clear Cache and Clear Data. After that, remove and re-add your account again to reset all cached credentials and server sync links. If that still fails, make sure that "less secure app access" or "modern authentication" is allowed in your email provider’s account settings, since recent security updates sometimes block old login tokens.
