W 10 last updated 10/14/2025. Attempt to upgrade my desktop computer ASUS 116p145 16GB 64 bit from W10 installed in Nov 2021 constantly produces error code 0x800f020b and directs me to contact support.

    Hi,

The Windows 10 update has ended, and it is recommended to update to Windows 11 or enrol in the ESU.

    https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2025/09/cant-enroll-in-windows-10-esu.html

The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script.

Reset Windows updates in Windows 10/11

    http://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2015/12/windows-update-complete-reset-in.html

Download the file > Right-click it and run as administrator. Reboot and check for updates again.
