HELP -someone PLEASE help!!

A majority of emails are not showing up in my 'in box' unless I do a search for a specific name, and then sometimes they still do not show up. I am missing/losing a great deal of communication with people I don't even know are sending emails.

I have tried to find a phone number to call for help and there isn't one. I have tried all the steps outlined through CoPilot AI, and looked through other forums, and nothing is working.

Is anyone else facing this and how did you fix???

I'm on a MAC, desktop.

Any help is appreciated.

Are the message in the inbox? Are you using Focused Inbox? If so, look at the Other tab.

In Outlook for mac, use Help > Contact Support. Microsoft support doesn't take incoming calls, Sorry.
