Check thesese
Make sure your API project’s startup file (like Program.cs or Startup.cs) correctly sets up routing
If your API runs under a virtual directory or subpath, confirm that the request URL matches that route.
Verify that your deployment folder structure contains the compiled DLLs and the web.config (for .NET Framework) or proper web.config rewrite rules (for .NET Core).
Also check the App Service logs (Log stream and Application Logging) for details.
If it works locally but not in Azure, it’s almost always related to missing routing configuration or publishing the wrong folder.
