Hello James Kautio, thanks for posting this in our community.

To help restore Microsoft Edge, you can perform a soft reset through the browser settings. This will resets Edge settings without removing personal data like bookmarks or passwords.

Start by opening Microsoft Edge. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and go to Settings. From there, navigate to Reset settings and select "Restore settings to their default values." Confirm by clicking Reset.

This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable extensions and clear cookies and site data. Your favorites, history, and saved passwords will be preserved.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
