I have purchase microsoft 365 personal (monthly) charge at 15.49 with my email ******@hotmail.com.

my subscription show me that i do not have subscription for the last 3 months.

Please rectify and send to my email ******@hotmail.com

    Hi,

    Can you share please if where did you see that no active subscription? Is it on account.microsoft.com/services? If yes, can you confirm if where did you purchase your Office license, is it from Microsoft Store or somewhere else?

    Additionally, if you have another Microsoft account, please try to double check if the subscription might be tied to your another microsoft account .
