    Hello Pascal,

The behavior you’re describing (seeing a “Hang on a moment while we sign you out” screen right after sign-in) typically occurs when there’s a session or authentication token mismatch in your browser. This is often related to cached credentials, multiple Microsoft accounts being active, or a region mismatch between your invitation and the Business Center tenant.

Here are a few steps to try:

    1. Open a private/incognito browser window and retry the link. This ensures no cached tokens interfere.
    2. If possible, use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome and clear cookies for both microsoft.com and licensing.microsoft.com.

Make sure you’re signed in only with the email address that received the invitation. If you’re logged into another Microsoft 365 or personal account, sign out of those first.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), try opening the link from a clean session or a different browser profile.

    1. Finally, if the issue persists, please forward the original invitation email to your company’s Microsoft partner admin or licensing contact so they can reissue the invite if it has expired.

Please give these steps a try and let me know how it goes. If this resolves the issue, kindly click “Accept answer” so others can benefit too 😊
