Unable to uninstall DPM agent from Azure Local 23H2 via powershell command Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_Product | Where-Object { $_.Name -like "Microsoft Azure Backup Server DPM Protection Agent" } | ForEach-Object { $_.Uninstall() }

We have restored the MABS server from backup, however we are not able to add the old HCI Cluster back into the protection group. One of the server01 shows it needs to be updated, and the other server02 is missing, when we are trying to add the server02 on the Managemen>Add>Server we are geting the following error when installing the DPM agent. We tried to remove the old agent from server02 but seems like its not working. The server has Azure Local 23H2 and we are getting Return Value 1603, we are not able to figure out what is blocking us to uninstall this old DPM agent.
