Windows 11 & Uninterrupted Power Sources

My church has two computers, both plugged into uninterrupted power sources. Naturally, Windows 11 wants to control the UPS instead of letting the native software do its job. One computer blinks the monitor and connected screens at times. When I check the event log the reason is changed power source. After talking to several people and doing my own research the computer thinks it is a laptop changing from battery to outlet. Is there a way to change this?

    Hi,

To clarify your situation, could you let me know the brand and model of the UPS units and whether dedicated management software is installed on both computers? Also, do the monitor flickers occur only when the UPS is running on battery, or do they happen even when it is fully charged and plugged in? Finally, have you checked whether the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" appears in Device Manager on both computers or only on one?

    Kind regards,
