Hi Teams.

I have a real-life dilemma and it is improving impossible to resolve can someone help me.

I cannot log into my email, the two verification methods neither are working. So, one is an old UK phone number, and the other is my mums old email address she has ceased to use. For context I have now moved to Australia from the UK.

When attempting to recover my account I can provide the last 4 emails address the last 4 subject lines even 4 previous passwords all the information is completely correct but I am getting rejected and I think it is because it is on the grounds of 'suspicious location' which I understand but it is very important I get back into my emails for obvious reason, I have lots of details and important documents on there.

I need to explain this to a human who will hear me out and realise that my details are correct it is simply flagging as suspicious due to my location now being in Australia. Please help ultimately fix this but how to contact a human to help them understand my situation.

Thank you

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Since you mentioned that you do not have access to two of your security information/verification methods, did you also have the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature enabled on the account?

Based on what you have mentioned, are you being asked to verify your account, or have you forgotten your account's password?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
