Developer Access to Blob Storage

I understand that your developer is having some trouble accessing blob storage, Here are a few things you can check to help resolve the issue:

• Verify that developer has the appropriate role assigned for blob storage access, such as Blob Data Contributor or Storage Account Contributor. You can check and assign roles in the Azure portal under the storage account’s Access control (IAM) section.
• If the storage account firewall is enabled, confirm that Srihrasha’s IP address—or the range they’re connecting from—is allowed. Also verify that no networking configurations, such as service endpoints or private endpoints, are blocking access.
• If you’re using SAS tokens or a Shared Key for access, verify that the credentials are correct and haven’t expired. Also ensure the SAS permissions align with the operations Developer needs to perform.
• If using Azure AD, ensure the developer signs in with the correct tenant and account and If using SFTP or SAS, verify credentials and permissions.
• If still you see the error, In the storage account blade, use Diagnose and solve problems to identify RBAC or network issues.
