What is this New Error Message?

Since last night I've been getting the following (pink) message upon drafting a new question with tags, submitting, and passing the cute "human" test:
"Please fix the following issues to continue:
We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please open a ticket at https://sitehelp.microsoft.com."
What's going on? -- JcW32

2025-10-22T18:27:55.1233333+00:00 Interestingly, I didn't experience the problem with this question. But with the one I was trying to submit last night, first I closed the browser, re-opened and cleared all browsing data, and tried to re-submit the same question, but I got the above message again.
Is this error an obscure way of telling me MS doesn't like my question?

I had to login again, so I used the very same Microsoft Account I'm logged in here and received another error message that I can't even parse:
Since I'm not a business user, could that be the problem with this Microsoft email? -- JcW32
