I had an issue with my windows theme turning from dark to light, which, thanks to the help of microsoft was resolved by changing settings in the PowerToys app. However, immediately after, I now have a new problem where some of my keys (more specifically keys like f1 and all the rest of the F keys) do not work. I had things like "Volume up/down" and "Brightness up/down" set for most of them for easy access, but now the keys don't work.
