How to get access to my forgotten email Microsoft Learn account and certificates?

Hi there,

At 24.04.2025 I've passed the AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals exam successfully and got a certificate.
I've linked that account to my work email address so my employer can see it.
Now a few months later I don't remember this account email and I need access to my certificate and/or account. The only thing I have available is my Microsoft Learn User Id

Can you please help me to restore my account by asking me some questions or something, or at least can I get a copy of my exam certificate for my employer?
