Based on your description, I understand that you are the co-organizer of a meeting held on 10/16/2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM EST and have been unable to access the attendance report.

- Was the meeting created through Outlook or directly in Teams?
- Were you able to see the Attendance Report in the Meeting chat, under Meeting Chat > Attendance tab or Teams Calendar > Meeting Details > Tracking?
- Can the organizer of the meeting see the Attendance Report too?
- Are there any compliance or retention policies that might restrict report access?
- Are you experiencing any error messages when trying to access the report? If yes, could I have a screenshot of it so I could have a visual reference and more information on it?

In the meantime, kindly try the following suggestions to check what might have caused the issue:
- Verify where the meeting was scheduled: According to this article: Manage meeting attendance reports in Microsoft Teams, please ensure that the meeting was scheduled in Teams for you to access the report, not Outlook

- In Teams > go to Calendar > Select the Meeting > Zoom it out so you could see more details > On the right hand, you could see the Tracking part with the attendees' names and click on (...) to download as CSV

- Alternatively, check Meeting Chat > Attendance report file (about five minutes after the event ends, it will show up)

- You could also check the attendance tab (check with the organizer of the meeting to see if they can see the Attendance Report)

- Please kindly make sure that organizational policies allow co-organizers to view reports
- One thing to be noted: Co-organizers can't access attendance reports for channel meetings
