Hello Collin, Thanks for posting this in our community. I truly understand how frustrating it must be to lose Bluetooth connectivity, especially when your A50 headphones were working just fine earlier. It's inconvenient when something so essential suddenly stops working after an update.
To start, try running the Bluetooth troubleshooter. You can find it by going to Settings, then System, then Troubleshoot, and selecting Other troubleshooters. From there, run the Bluetooth troubleshooter and see if it resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, I recommend removing and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver. Sometimes, remnants of the old driver can interfere with the new one. Open Device Manager and expand both the Bluetooth and Network adapters sections. Right-click on Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) and choose Uninstall device. If the option is available, check "Delete the driver software for this device." After uninstalling, restart your PC. Then go to Settings, Windows Update, and check under Optional Updates for any Bluetooth-related updates. You can also download the latest driver directly from Intel’s official website.
Hope this works on your device.
Kind regards,
John Oli
