Hello,

When launching a VM restore it took 45 min when it usually takes 4 minutes.

This morning, before my DRP test, it took 4 minutes.
During my DRP test, it took 45 minutes.

What can explain this behavior ?

Thank you for your help.

    Hello Suchitra,

    Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately, I am comparing the same action done at 2 different moments.

The purpose here is to create a new VM from the backup, and mount a new drp-test environment (while keeping the prod running).

I restore the VM using "Restore VM" and selecting a "vault Standard" recovery type.
The step time to copy data from the the backup place to the Staging location (which is StandardLRS) differ a lot.

One day, it will take 4 min, and the day after, it takes 45 minutes.
Maybe 2 hours later it will take 5 minutes.

I'm just trying to understand this difference.

    Thank you

    Thomas
