I cannot view our company volume license status

Dear Support,

I would like to check our company volume license status. But I can't login to M365 admin page, it keep saying that "thdisplay.com isn't in our system. Make sure you typed it correctly." or "thdisplay.onmicrosoft.com isn't in our system. Make sure you typed it correctly."

As per my record, our company profile details as following:-

Sign-in email: ******@thdisplay.onmicrosoft.com

Company email: ******@thdisplay.com

I tried this 2 account, it still not success.

Please check and advise.

    This typically indicates that the domain is either not associated with an active Microsoft 365 tenant or the account being used does not have administrative privileges.

    Verify Tenant Activation Please confirm that your organization has an active Microsoft 365 subscription and that the tenant (e.g., thdisplay.onmicrosoft.com) was successfully provisioned. If the tenant was never activated, you may need to reinitiate the setup via the Microsoft 365 portal.

    Check Sign-In Credentials Ensure that the sign-in email you're using is linked to a global administrator account. If you're unsure, try signing in at https://portal.office.com using both email formats.

    Dear Domic,

    I am sure that ******@thdisplay.onmicrosoft.com is registered and activated. Last time, I can access the M365 admin page to view license.

    ******@thdisplay.com can login to https://portal.office.com but cannot login to M365 admin center

    itsupport cannot login both page

    My goal is reviewing our Volume License status; all this page is pointing to M365 admin page. any other link I can access volume license page. Please provide??
