Hello Azure team,
My Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server has been in a stopped state for approximately 4 weeks, and I’m unable to start it again.
Whenever I try to start the server from either the Azure Portal or the CLI, I receive the following error:
(InternalServerError) An unexpected error occured while processing the request. Tracking ID: 'e79894e1-b9f5-44ea-a525-0377a0e4198e' Code: InternalServerError Message: An unexpected error occured while processing the request. Tracking ID: 'e79894e1-b9f5-44ea-a525-0377a0e4198e'
Microsoft moderators note: Removed PII information for security reasons.
Request: Please investigate the backend issue for this Flexible Server and assist in:
Manually starting or rehydrating the server, or
Reattaching the underlying data disk to a new compute node, if needed.
Thank you in advance for your help.
