    Hi @Skreazulhashem,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum, and thank you very much for reaching out to us.

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I understand this situation can be stressful, especially when you’ve lost access to your developer account after changing your phone. Please don’t worry, there are steps you can take to recover your account.

Please note that as a Microsoft Q&A moderator, I don’t have access to your tenant and therefore cannot assist you directly, but I can guide you through the process.

To regain access, please contact the Microsoft Support Team by phone. You can find the appropriate phone number for your country in this article here.

When you call, explain that you changed your phone and cannot authenticate. Having details like your account email and any recent activity ready will help speed up the verification process.

If that option doesn’t work, you can create a trial tenant using this link here.

Once the trial is set up, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and open a support ticket. Make sure to explain that you’re submitting the request on behalf of the original tenant you can’t access. The support team will then create a ticket for that tenant, and the Microsoft Data Protection team will step in to help you regain access.

Please note that this process may take longer than usual, typically 7 to 14 working days, because the Microsoft Data Protection team handles a very high volume of requests. As a forum moderator, I don’t have access to internal Microsoft systems, so I’m unable to speed up this process.

Thank you very much for your time, if you have any updates or issues when follow my suggestion, feel free to let me know. I would love to assist you further.
