Hello Shyan Rah,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.
If admin consent requests are not appearing, please check the following:
1.Feature Activation Delay After enabling the Admin Consent Workflow, it can take up to 1 hour for the feature to become active. Requests made before activation will not show up.
2.Verify Workflow Settings
Go to Microsoft Entra admin center → Identity → Applications → Enterprise applications → Consent and permissions → Admin consent settings.
Ensure Users can request admin consent to apps they are unable to consent to is set to Yes.
3.Assign Reviewers
- Add users or groups as reviewers.
- Reviewers must have roles like Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator, or Global Administrator to approve requests.
4.Check the Correct Location
- Requests appear under Enterprise applications → Activity → Admin consent requests → My Pending.
5.Email Notifications
- Confirm that email notifications are enabled for reviewers.
If the request still does not appear after these checks, ensure the app’s service principal exists in your tenant and that the user clicked Request Approval during sign-in.
