Hi,
When i try to log in Azure with mu personal email, i receive this error message.
Sign-in failed
Error code: AADSTS5000225
Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: 1d3bcbde-d0cd-4137-bb0a-0e353e651200 Correlation ID: e6175ba9-6afb-48fb-a0b7-3ff3ba4ffe3c Timestamp: 2025-10-21 22:01:15Z
How can i create a new tenant with my personal email? or unblock this one ?

The error you received (AADSTS5000225) means your tenant has been marked as inactive. When a tenant is inactive for a long time, Microsoft applies a login block. If the block lasts more than 20 days, the tenant may be permanently deleted.
Tenant inaccessible due to inactivity
If the block has been in place for less than 20 days, we may be able to restore access by unblocking it. Please provide the following details via private message:
- Tenant ID
- Correlation ID from the login failure
- Timestamp of the failure
- Business impact and reason for restoring the tenant
