How can I remove all instances of Read.AI from Teams

We have an unknown number of users that have installed the Read.AI Teams app. I need a way to find out who has it installed and programmatically remove it.

It is not in Enterprise apps.

It's blocked in Teams apps, but the damage is done. They can still use it. I've done quite a bit of searching but have not found a solution yet. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @Mastroianni, Steve,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you want to remove the Read.ai app in Teams for the accounts in your tenant. To accomplish this, please allow us to provide you with the following information:

    First, please go to admin.teams.microsoft.com.

    • Step 1: Click on Teams apps > Manage apps User's image
    • Step 2: Search for and click on Read.ai
    • Step 3: Click on Edit availability and select No one User's image User's image

After completing these steps, users will no longer be able to install or use this app. Note: Blocking only prevents new installations; it does not automatically remove versions that have already been installed.

Next, although Teams Admin Center does not support listing users who have downloaded and used the app, you can use PowerShell to list and remove this app for users who have already installed it.

To get effective PowerShell scripts for handling your issue, we recommend creating a post in the following community:  https://community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/?groupid=46ce02a3-e1a7-4176-81fc-d93a4001d287
