Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you want to remove the Read.ai app in Teams for the accounts in your tenant. To accomplish this, please allow us to provide you with the following information:
First, please go to admin.teams.microsoft.com.
- Step 1: Click on Teams apps > Manage apps
- Step 2: Search for and click on Read.ai
- Step 3: Click on Edit availability and select No one
After completing these steps, users will no longer be able to install or use this app. Note: Blocking only prevents new installations; it does not automatically remove versions that have already been installed.
Next, although Teams Admin Center does not support listing users who have downloaded and used the app, you can use PowerShell to list and remove this app for users who have already installed it.
To get effective PowerShell scripts for handling your issue, we recommend creating a post in the following community: https://community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/?groupid=46ce02a3-e1a7-4176-81fc-d93a4001d287
Here, you will find a very active group of Microsoft MVPs, product experts, and experienced users who can provide detailed step-by-step guidance.
We apologize for redirecting you to another community, as members in the current section mainly focus on Microsoft 365 users and have limited knowledge of PowerShell. Therefore, to receive faster and more effective support, we are guiding you to the right place.
If you have any updates regarding the issue or any other questions, please feel free to share them with me. I will support you.
