Hi @Nedra
Thank you for posting your question in the Q&A Forum.
I completely understand that it can be confusing and frustrating when the “Set up E5 subscription” option does not appear, especially after completing your developer profile, linking your Entra ID tenant, and following all recommended steps. I want to acknowledge that you have done everything correctly on your side, which is greatly appreciated.
I also want to be transparent that as a forum moderator, I do not have access to internal systems and therefore cannot escalate, raise, or enable subscriptions manually. I’m sorry I cannot do more directly to assist.
The E5 Developer sandbox invitation is managed automatically by Microsoft’s system, and even if your profile appears fully complete, it may take some additional time for the system to recognize eligibility.
If the issue persists, the recommended approach is to submit a support request through Microsoft Services Hub, which is the official channel for this type of assistance. Please note that access to Services Hub may depend on your account type and subscription, and some types of support requests may require a paid plan. You can review the details here: Services Hub sign in FAQs | Microsoft Learn
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. I hope this helps clarify the process and next steps.
