    Hey there, Emedolu Chinonso

    Subscriptions that are provided by Microsoft have an expiration date. Once they have expired, any remaining credit is removed and is no longer available. When you sign up for a program that provides you credits on Azure to spend, this balance and page will update with the new amount available for your account.

    When looking at your image. The subscription you had was running from 17th October 2024 and expired on the 18th October 2025. This would mean you would need to, if possible, sign up for the subscription again.
