Do a test, change another setting, save, turn off the PC and turn it on and see if the setting is active.

In this case, you'll need to update the BIOS to test.
Initially, you'll disable BitLocker if you're on Windows 11. Follow the procedure in the link below:

After the above procedure, download the @bios and follow the procedure: https://www.gigabyte.com/microsite/121/tech_a_bios.htm
Test again.
