    Dear @Timothy Liew,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, it's sound so inconvenience to you when you cannot use shortcut keys although it used to work before. For better understand your issue, could you please provide us more detail information as:

    • You cannot use shortcut keys for all app or just any specific app? These combos are not standard across all Microsoft apps
    • Is your device damaged or defective?
    • Have you tried to change to other keyboard to check whether the issue still persists or not?

In the meantime, here are some workarounds you can try:

Steps to Fix Keyboard Shortcut Issues:

    1. Check Keyboard Hardware Make sure your keyboard is working properly. Try using a different keyboard or plugging it into another USB port.
    2. Update Drivers Open Device Manager, locate your keyboard, and update the driver. If you’re using a gaming keyboard, check the manufacturer’s website for updates.
    3. Run Keyboard Troubleshooter Use the built-in Windows troubleshooter to identify and fix issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Keyboard.
    4. Restart Your Computer A simple restart can resolve temporary glitches that may affect keyboard shortcuts.
    5. Disable Sticky Keys If Sticky Keys is enabled, it can interfere with shortcuts. Disable it in Ease of Access settings.
    6. Check for System File Issues Corrupted system files can also affect keyboard functionality. Run a system file checker to identify and fix these issues.

I hope information above can help you resolve the issue. if you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. I'm also looking forward to your reply so I can support you more effective.
