Are My Forum Posts Missing After Migration to Microsoft Hub?

Hi there:

I’m trying to understand what’s happened to my Microsoft Community (Answers) forum activity. I used to post under the username Sathyme, and I recently received a badge notification via email, which led me to this profile: Tech Community Badges. It shows my badges, but none of my past posts or replies.

Separately, I found old email threads from previous forum questions in my email inbox, and those link to a different profile: Learn Profile. That one shows no badges and only recent activity — and the question I posted last week (with help from Copilot) hasn’t been answered or even listed.

So now I’m wondering:

  • Have my posts been lost in the migration to Microsoft Hub?
  • Are these two profiles meant to be merged?
  • Is there a way to recover or view my historical posts and replies?

I’d really appreciate any guidance. This archive matters to me — both for continuity and creative legacy.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

The badge notification email isn't related to your activity on Answers. However, your Answers past activity now redirects to Learn, since the two platforms were recently brought together.

As part of this process, only the most helpful and most viewed threads were migrated to Q&A, while the rest were archived. Answers and Learn profiles weren't merged, but a few members with special community roles had their profiles mapped.

Just a quick note, the Microsoft Community Hub (aka tech community) wasn't part of this migration, so your profile information there will remain separate from Learn.
