How can I recover my purchased Microsoft SQL 2019 license?

Good morning,
I purchased a Microsoft SQL Server license on August 20, 2021. Authorization number: [Moderator note: personal info removed]
License number: [Moderator note: personal info removed]
I need to reinstall the server using the license with its code, but I have no way to recover them.
When I open the VLSC Registration link at https://www.microsoft.com/licensing/servicecenter/registration.aspx?e=******@MOVITE.COM to register, it tells me that the site is no longer active. I should proceed with "Hey there! Volume Licensing Service Center"
(VLSC) has been retired.
All Volume Licensing Service Center functionalities can now be
accessed through the Microsoft M365 admin center, but I don't have the login username and password. Can you help me with the solution?

Microsoft has retired the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). All volume license management, downloads, and product keys are now accessible through either the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or the Microsoft Business Center, depending on your agreement.
To reinstall SQL Server with your existing license, please use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to locate your license information, product keys, and downloads.
If you are unable to access the original account, you may submit an online support request to Microsoft’s Volume Licensing team. You can do so using the following official link:
Create a support case – Microsoft Volume Licensing
When submitting your case, please provide your Authorization Number, License Number, Purchase Date (August 20, 2021), and the associated email address (e.g., ******@movite.com) to facilitate verification.
