Not able to create a SQl server or VM in Qatar Region, Not able to adjust the quota from portal. Support is also not respoding , is there a alternative way. I want my data that is the storage and SQL Server to reside in Qatar,

Could you please share which specific SQL tier or service you’re trying to deploy (for example, Azure SQL Database – General Purpose, SQL Managed Instance, or SQL Server on VM)? This will help me determine whether that particular service is currently affected by compute capacity constraints in the Qatar region.
