    Hello @rita rita

I’m reaching out for assistance with the auto responder feature.

I regularly use it whenever team members are away, but today it suddenly stopped working. The automatic reply appears as active in the Microsoft Admin Center, yet no messages are being sent in response.

I’ve run several tests from different accounts, and none of them receive the auto reply. Could you please help me investigate and restore the functionality?

Thank you for your time and support.

    Best regards,

    Hi Rita Rita

Based on your description, I understand that you’re using Out of Office Reply Automatic Setup and it does not sync with Microsoft Teams. If this is not the case, please let me know.

Before we proceed with troubleshooting, may I ask about the configuration in your Exchange Admin Center related to Automatic Replies?

Additionally, have you tried clearing the Teams cache or checking Teams on the web to see if the issue persists? I also found a thread mentioning that the user needs to be signed into Teams for the Out of Office status to sync properly. You might want to give that a try and see if the issue still occurs.

You might also take a look at this official document: Understand and troubleshoot Out of Office (OOF) replies

Please review these and try the suggested steps to see if they resolve the issue. Looking forward to your feedback!
